Abdullah Alhijaily

Abdullah is studying for a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he is currently researching remote monitoring and controlling of an additive manufacturing machine using Industry 5.0 principles.

Abdullah obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Taibah in 2017. He then moved to The University of Manchester to complete his Master's degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology and System Management and he has now progressed onto his PhD, through which he is studying integrated multi-robotic assisted additive manufacturing. He is working to develop a team of robots which will 3D print parts simultaneously.
